Entry-Level Project Coordinator

Job Overview
The Entry-Level Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution and completion of projects with the Strategic Initiatives Team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. The Project Coordinator will assist with planning, documenting, tracking project progress and ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within scope. They will work directly with the Strategic Initiatives Manager in coordinating a large scope of projects from internal systems implementation, compliance, European business expansion and more. With the varied scope in projects this role will introduce a wide range of concepts relating to multiple areas of business and is an ideal role for someone looking to enter a career in Operations and Project Management.

Duties

  • Assist the Strategic Initiatives Manager with planning, organizing and coordinating a wide range of projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Organize project files and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify potential project risks or issues and communicate them to the Strategic Initiatives Manager or the acting Project Manager.
  • Coordinate both internal and external testing and user acceptance testing in relation, but not limited to, regional compliance, product compliance, and systems integration.
  • Support purchase requests and resource coordination in relation to project activities.
  • Coordinate the collection and distribution of project-related documents and follow-up with varying parties as necessary.
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and administrative support related to project activities.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while effectively managing project deadlines and go-live dates.

Experience

  • Minimum education (or substitute experience) required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience required: 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative, communications, compliance or operations support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Experience using ERP Systems such as Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 36 Business Central is preferred but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
