Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This role is essential in upholding our standards of hospitality and service excellence.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.</li><li>Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.</li><li>Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.</li><li>Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens in guest rooms and public areas.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.</li><li>Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.</li><li>Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation.</li><li>Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred to understand guest expectations.</li><li>Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.</li><li>Custodial experience that demonstrates the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Knowledge of housekeeping management principles is beneficial for those looking to advance within the field.
