Youll be the first and last impression for our guests, and your goal is to make every interaction count!What youll do:<ul><li>Welcome and check in guests with a warm and professional attitude.</li><li>Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using hotel property managment systems</li><li>Answer guest inquires and solve complaints in a timely, solution-focused manner</li><li>Process payments and maintain accuate cash handling procedures.</li><li>Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.</li><li>Follow all Hilton Brand Standards and Hotel Policies.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
