Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize performance across various channels.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance visibility and reach.</li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and audience engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.</li><li>Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.</li><li>Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships through effective relationship management.</li><li>Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and aligns with branding guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and video editing software.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.</li><li>Experience in branding initiatives and public relations efforts.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from web analytics.</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce principles is a plus.</li><li>Creative mindset with skills in photography or video editing preferred.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
