Job Summary

- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance visibility and reach.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships through effective relationship management.
- Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and aligns with branding guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and video editing software.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
- Experience in branding initiatives and public relations efforts.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from web analytics.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles is a plus.
- Creative mindset with skills in photography or video editing preferred.
