Digital Marketer

The role:

We’re looking for a digital marketing specialist who has experience and a great knack for running PPC campaigns but would like to be a part of bigger marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, is capable of making strategic decisions, is adept at creating and optimizing digital campaigns, and has an innate desire to track those campaigns and watch them come to fruition. Collaboration, prioritization, and analytical thinking are critical to success.

Must-haves:

• The ability to run PPC campaigns (including display, search, remarketing and video) from keywords and ad copy to landing page creation and conversion tracking
• An understanding of conversion rate optimization strategies and how to use them to achieve the best ROI
• A solid understanding of on- and off-page SEO strategies
• An aptitude for seeing the “big picture” and determining the right mix of online strategies for each client

Additional qualifications:

• Previous online marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Willing to embrace emerging marketing channels
• Able to form honest, candid and respectful relationships with team members and clients
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to write effective, concise marketing language

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance our clients' online visibility and drive traffic
• Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize for conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media and websites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Monitor ROI on marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
