Social Media Engagement Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Engagement Manager to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with customers online. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of social media experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.) with regular posting.
• Create and share engaging content like images, reels, and short videos.
• Work with designers and visual team to make creative posts and campaigns.
• Research trending content, events, and competitors for new ideas.
• Reply to customer comments and messages on social media.
• Maintain a proper social media calendar and share it with seniors for review.
• Ensure timely delivery of all posts and campaigns.
• Implement strategies provided by senior team members to enhance customer engagement across websites and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Age: 18–28 years
• Education: Intermediate with relevant certifications OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or Communication.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media role within e-commerce or a digital marketing agency.
• Strong English writing and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and basic analytics dashboards.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
• Experience with AI tools for picture or video editing (e.g., Canva AI, CapCut, Runway ML) will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
• Attendance Bonus: PKR 2,500 per month.
• Provident Fund Contribution: PKR 2,000 per month.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (10 hours per day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
