Job Title: LinkedIn Account Manager

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Business Development Director
About the Role:
As a LinkedIn Account Manager, you’ll shape and elevate our brand’s presence on LinkedIn while driving business development and client engagement within the construction sector. You'll manage content, connections, and campaigns strategically to position us as an industry leader and foster meaningful client relationships.
Core Responsibilities:
Brand & Content Strategy
- Oversee and optimize the company’s LinkedIn presence (company page, posts, showcase pages), aligning content with brand identity and business goals.
- Craft and publish engaging, industry-relevant content—project showcases, industry insights, client stories—that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor post-performance using analytics tools to refine content strategy and maximize reach.
Audience Growth & Engagement
- Build and nurture a quality network of construction professionals, clients, partners, and stakeholders on LinkedIn.
- Engage proactively with key industry figures through comments, messages, and content initiatives to deepen brand relevance.
Lead Generation & Account Management
- Support business development by identifying and nurturing potential leads via LinkedIn engagement and outreach.
- Serve as the primary LinkedIn liaison for clients and prospects, coordinating with internal teams to address inquiries, proposals, and campaign follow-ups.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to align LinkedIn efforts with broader company objectives.
- Prepare regular performance reports—highlighting reach, lead conversions, engagement trends—and propose improvements to enhance ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn profiles, content strategies, and lead generation efforts.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing for social media and branding consistency.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized, proactive, with a knack for multitasking and planning.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn analytics and CRM tools for tracking performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or account management
- Experience with construction marketing, making technical topics accessible and compelling on social platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
