Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve measurable business goals. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to maximize ROI, scale campaigns, and support overall digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend, and ensure campaigns are ROI-driven.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and overall performance.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives.
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixel setups, and event tracking to ensure accurate attribution.
- Optimize campaigns across the funnel to drive both acquisition and retention.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager.
- Proficiency in using campaign automation, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Experience with TikTok ads is preferred
