Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM onwards (Night Shift)

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team onsite in Karachi. You will be instrumental in building our email marketing strategy from the ground up, bringing your expertise to establish best practices, execute impactful campaigns for our company, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B email marketing strategies that align with business goals for brands.

- Manage and grow our email subscriber lists, ensuring list health and segmentation for targeted campaigns.

- Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences.

- Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and send times to optimize campaign performance.

- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future strategies.

- Ensure all email campaigns are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling and effective email content.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an email marketing role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

- Deep understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).

- Experience with cold email marketing platforms like Instantly and Clay, and other AI tools.

- Proven experience with list building strategies, including lead generation and data enrichment.

- Experience with email list management, segmentation, and audience targeting.

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

- Must be based in Karachi and available for onsite work.
