To strengthen our digital presence, we are seeking a **highly creative and result-driven Social Media Ads Expert & Google Ads Expert** who can design and manage campaigns that generate quality leads and boost patient footfall.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, plan, and execute **social media ad campaigns** (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, Pinterest, Linkdin etc.) and **Google Ads campaigns** tailored to dental and aesthetic services.
* Create engaging, persuasive, and creative **content and ad copies** (images, videos, reels, carousels, etc.) to attract and convert patients.

* Perform **keyword research, targeting, and retargeting strategies** to maximize ROI.

* Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum lead generation at minimum cost.

* Monitor, analyze, and report **campaign performance metrics** (CTR, CPC, conversions, leads, ROI).

* Suggest innovative strategies for brand awareness and lead generation specific to the **dental and aesthetics industry**.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, especially in healthcare marketing.

#### **Requirements:**

* Proven experience in **running successful Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns**.

* Strong **content creation and ad copywriting skills**.

* Ability to design creative visuals/videos (basic Canva or Photoshop skills will be a plus).

* Strong knowledge of **dental or healthcare marketing** is highly preferred.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation.

* Minimum **2+ years of experience** in digital marketing.
