Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Be the Heart of Operations: Accurately process payments, deposits, and down payments, ensuring every transaction is smooth and efficient.</li><li>
Master Cash Handling: Skillfully manage cash transactions, prepare customer receipts, and keep detailed records that keep our operations running seamlessly.</li><li>
End-of-Day Champion: Prepare nightly deposits and balance the cash drawer.</li><li>
Welcome with Warmth: Greet customers, guests, and visitors with a friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to service.</li><li>
Be the Friendly Voice: Answer phones and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.</li><li>

What we need:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>
Prior customer service experience is preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).</li><li>
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).</li><li>
Basic math skills for cash handling.</li><li>
Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>
Professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.</li><li>
Legible handwriting and proficiency in operating cash registers and other equipment.</li><li>
A valid driver's license.</li><li>
Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.</li></ul>

SERVICE CASHIER - MIAMI ACURA

<div>Job Summary
The Automotive Office Assistant and Biller accurately records the sale, profits, and commissions payable on all sold units, and maintains accurate accounting of vehicle inventories.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Bill all new and used car deals and post into account.</li><li>
Receipt all monies received for new and used car deals.</li><li>
Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness.</li><li>
Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution in a timely manner.</li><li>
Generate and maintain the salesperson&rsquo;s commission reports and list of commissions on hold.</li><li>
Process new car title work and route used car title work to the Tag &amp; Title Clerk when the deal is funded.</li><li>
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Work Environment<ul><li>
This job operates in a clerical office setting.</li><li>
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
</li></ul>Physical requirements<ul><li>
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.</li><li>
Occasional bending and standing</li></ul>
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work<ul><li>
This is a Non-Exempt, full-time hourly position.</li><li>
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.</li><li>
Evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.</li></ul>
Required Education and Experience<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>
2+ years of dealership experience or similar environment.</li><li>
6+ months as dealership biller preferred.</li><li>
ADP Experience preferred.</li><li>
Basic working knowledge of accounting.</li><li>
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background &amp; hair follicle drug test)</li></ul>
