Billing &amp; Collections Coordinator (Part-Time, 32 Hours/Week) Schedule: Tuesday &ndash; Friday Location: 6001 Stonewood Drive, Wexford, PA 15090 In-person (no remote)Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Billing &amp; Collections Coordinator to manage physician and out-of-facility billing, follow-up, and collections. This role is responsible for timely claim submission, denial resolution, and driving reimbursement.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Submit and rebill claims (UB-04 &amp; CMS-1500)</li><li>Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve denials</li><li>Maintain patient accounts and open dates of service</li><li>Monitor A/R aging and prioritize collections efforts</li><li>Track high-balance accounts and reimbursement status</li><li>Document all billing activity and meet productivity goals</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Medical billing experience (claims, denials, follow-up)</li><li>Knowledge of UB-04 and CMS-1500 forms</li><li>Understanding of A/R aging and collections workflows</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume workload independently</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Workers&rsquo; compensation billing experience</li><li>Coding knowledge</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.Benefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What are your pay expectations?</li><li>Are you ok with working 32 hours per week (part-time)?</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Wexford, PA 15090 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
