Overview For a starting pay of $30 per hour no experience needed, just good a hard worker and good work ethics.For a starting pay of $45 per hour, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and remodeling, with the ability to transform spaces through various techniques and installations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Additional benefits:<ul><li>Company Vehicle</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform fixture installation, ensuring proper alignment and secure fittings.</li><li>Build custom structures according to specifications, including cabinets and shelving units.</li><li>Utilize hand tools effectively for various remodeling tasks.</li><li>Tile floors, walls and showers</li><li>Install flooring materials such as hardwood, tile, or laminate with attention to detail.</li><li>Fabricate components as needed for specific projects, ensuring quality workmanship.</li><li>Conduct trim carpentry tasks, including baseboards, crown molding, and window casings.</li><li>Drywall: hang, mud tape and texture.</li><li>Painting interior and exterior.</li></ul>Requirements for $45 per hour starting pay:<ul><li>Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency cabinet installation techniques.</li><li>Strong skills in flooring installation and trim carpentry are essential.</li><li>Drywall patching and texturing</li><li>Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is advantageous.</li><li>Experience in interior and exterior painting is required.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.</li></ul>If you are passionate about remodeling and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated team!Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Home remodeling and repair : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Stanwood, WA 98292 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
