For a starting pay of $45 per hour, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and remodeling, with the ability to transform spaces through various techniques and installations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixture installation, ensuring proper alignment and secure fittings.
• Build custom structures according to specifications, including cabinets and shelving units.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various remodeling tasks.
• Tile floors, walls and showers
• Install flooring materials such as hardwood, tile, or laminate with attention to detail.
• Fabricate components as needed for specific projects, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Conduct trim carpentry tasks, including baseboards, crown molding, and window casings.
• Drywall: hang, mud tape and texture.
• Painting interior and exterior.

Requirements for $45 per hour starting pay:

• Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency cabinet installation techniques.
• Strong skills in flooring installation and trim carpentry are essential.
• Drywall patching and texturing
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is advantageous.
• Experience in interior and exterior painting is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
