We are seeking a responsible and well-mannered Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be presentable, able to serve clients professionally, possess a valid motorcycle driving license, and have basic computer skills, particularly in data entry and MS Excel.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve tea, refreshments, and basic hospitality services to clients, guests, and management</li><li>Assist in general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and document handling</li><li>Perform office errands, including outdoor tasks, deliveries, and banking-related work</li><li>Ride a motorcycle for official tasks (license required)</li><li>Enter basic data into the computer and maintain records using MS Excel</li><li>Support administrative staff with routine tasks</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of office areas as assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate preferred</li><li>Valid motorcycle driving license (mandatory)</li><li>Ability to ride a motorcycle confidently within the city</li><li>Basic computer knowledge with emphasis on data entry and MS Excel</li><li>Polite attitude and professional behavior when dealing with clients</li><li>Honest, punctual, and well-organized</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Time management and reliability</li><li>Basic office etiquette and customer service skills</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Market-competitive salary</li><li>Timely salary disbursement</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
