About the Role 
We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled and motivated Buyer to join our team and play a key role in acquiring high-quality pre-owned vehicles. In this role, you&rsquo;ll leverage your expertise to accurately appraise and value used cars, ensuring we make smart, data-driven purchasing decisions. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assess pre-owned vehicles.</li><li>
Actively pursue and develop leads from individuals looking to sell their vehicles (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, KBB Instant Cash Offer).</li><li>
Communicate and negotiate positively and professionally with potential sellers.</li><li>
Appraise vehicles on-site for trade-ins and purchases.</li><li>
Assist in inventory management.</li><li>
Support the acquisition of vehicles.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Coachable with a positive attitude, always eager to grow and learn.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>
Comfortable working in both office settings and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>
Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and stay organized.</li><li>
Flexible availability to adapt to the needs of the business.</li></ul>
