About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Buyer to join our team and play a key role in acquiring high-quality pre-owned vehicles. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to accurately appraise and value used cars, ensuring we make smart, data-driven purchasing decisions. Responsibilities:

• Assess pre-owned vehicles.
• Actively pursue and develop leads from individuals looking to sell their vehicles (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, KBB Instant Cash Offer).
• Communicate and negotiate positively and professionally with potential sellers.
• Appraise vehicles on-site for trade-ins and purchases.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Support the acquisition of vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Coachable with a positive attitude, always eager to grow and learn.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in both office settings and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and stay organized.
• Flexible availability to adapt to the needs of the business.
