Human Resources Administrator &ndash; Payroll &amp; Benefits FocusThe Human Resources Administrator will play a key role in supporting all HR operations with a strong emphasis on payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee support. This position is critical to ensuring accurate and timely pay, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service to a workforce of more than 500 employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and company policies. (eventually being able to process payroll on your own)</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), leave management, and open enrollment activities.</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries, providing clear and timely guidance.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and confidential documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Coordinate employee events and activities.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper payroll and benefits setup/termination.</li><li>Support audits, reporting requirements, and compliance-related tasks as needed.</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to support daily administrative needs and ongoing HR initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration within a high-volume environment preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities for a large workforce.</li><li>Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and operate as a self-starter&mdash;critical for success in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.</li><li>High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support and engage with employees at all levels.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
