We&rsquo;re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR &amp; Operations Fresher to join our team. If you enjoy coordinating with people, keeping things organized, and making sure daily tasks run smoothly, this role will be a great start to your career.What you&rsquo;ll be doing:<ul><li>Assisting with day-to-day HR activities like screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.</li><li>Supporting the onboarding process by preparing documents, sharing company policies, and helping new joiners settle in.</li><li>Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations across the company.</li><li>Maintaining attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data in an organized manner.</li><li>Helping with office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and basic documentation.</li><li>Preparing simple reports, summaries, and updates for the HR and Operations team.</li><li>Handling employee queries politely and professionally.</li><li>Taking initiative to learn company processes and contribute to improving workflows.</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Good English communication skills&mdash;both spoken and written.</li><li>Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Sheets) and willingness to learn new tools.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow in HR and Operations.</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll get:<ul><li>Hands-on experience across HR and operational tasks.</li><li>Guidance, training, and exposure to real-time company processes.</li><li>A supportive environment that encourages learning and career growth.</li></ul>Job Types: Internship, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 3 monthsWork Location: In person
