The role requires close coordination with doctors, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities<ul><li>Assess patients with limb loss, deformities, or neuromuscular conditions.</li><li>Take accurate measurements, casts, and impressions for prosthetic and orthotic devices.</li><li>Design, fabricate, fit, and align prostheses and orthoses as per prescription.</li><li>Perform trial fittings, adjustments, and final delivery of devices.</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers on use, care, and maintenance of devices.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and make modifications as required.</li><li>Maintain proper clinical documentation and patient records.</li></ul>Technical Responsibilities<ul><li>Fabricate prosthetic and orthotic components using appropriate materials and techniques.</li><li>Repair, replace, and maintain existing prosthetic and orthotic devices.</li><li>Ensure quality control, safety, and durability of all devices.</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop hygiene.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation staff.</li><li>Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; ExperienceEducational Qualification<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Prosthetics &amp; Orthotics (BPO / DPO) from a recognized institute.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Freshers or experienced candidates may apply (experience preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience in clinical fitting and fabrication is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of prosthetic and orthotic systems.</li><li>Patient-focused approach with good communication skills.</li><li>Technical and manual fabrication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge for documentation.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Clinical and workshop-based role.</li><li>May require travel for outreach camps or patient visits.</li><li>Standing and manual work involved.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: As per industry standards and experience</li><li>Other benefits: As per organization policy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
