Whether you're preparing drinks, handling transactions, or engaging with guests, you'll be at the heart of our bustling caf&eacute; operation, ensuring smooth service and satisfaction at every turn.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Operate POS systems s.</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions.</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing special requests promptly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, adhering to food handling regulations.</li><li>Assist in food preparation tasks such as serving snacks or light meals to enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is highly preferred; familiarity with caf&eacute; operations is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.</li><li>Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.</li><li>Ability to handle cash accurately, perform retail math confidently, and manage food handling procedures responsibly.</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques.
