 Responsibilities
 
 
 Executive Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and coordinate the founder&rsquo;s calendar, meetings, and travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen and prioritize emails and communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare materials and logistics for client meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with scheduling, reminders, and follow-up tasks
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Client Service
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate client meetings and communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare client meeting packets and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and follow up on account paperwork and requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records in the firm&rsquo;s CRM system
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Operations &amp; Projects
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with planning client events and firm marketing initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate vendors and service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize digital files and internal systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Support special projects as the firm grows
 </li>
 </ul>
 Ideal Candidate

 </li>

 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities

 Comfortable learning new systems and technology
 </li>
 <li>
 Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

 </ul>
 
 Experience in financial services, executive support, hospitality, or client service roles is a plus but not required.
 
 Compensation
 <ul>
 <li>
 Salary: $75,000 &ndash; $100,000 depending on experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance bonus potential
 </li>
 <li>
