Associate Therapist (APCC, AMFT, or AMSW) W-2Harcrow Psychotherapy Part-Time | In-Person or Hybrid | Los Angeles, CAHarcrow Psychotherapy is a growing mental health private practice providing psychotherapy services to individuals and couples. We are hiring Associate Therapists (APCC, AMFT, or AMSW) seeking a W-2 employee position with BBS compliant supervision while working toward licensure.This role is well suited for associate clinicians seeking consistent referrals, administrative support, and a stable private practice environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide outpatient psychotherapy services under licensed supervision</li><li>Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete progress notes</li><li>Maintain timely, accurate documentation using an electronic health record (EHR)</li><li>Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision meeting California BBS requirements</li><li>Deliver ethical, culturally responsive mental health care in accordance with state and professional standards</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Active California registration as APCC, AMFT, or AMSW</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work</li><li>Interest in outpatient mental health, private practice, and clinical skill development</li><li>Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable providing therapy in-person and/or via telehealth</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Employment Details<ul><li>$35&ndash;$40 per clinical hour, based on experience and caseload</li><li>W-2 employee position</li><li>Supervision provided at no cost</li><li>Supervision hours count toward licensure and are fully BBS-compliant</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Consistent client referrals</li><li>Weekly licensed supervision (individual and/or group)</li><li>Administrative support including billing and scheduling systems</li><li>Flexible scheduling (daytime and/or evening availability)</li><li>In-person and hybrid therapy opportunities</li><li>Professional, supportive private practice setting</li></ul>LocationIn-person sessions are provided at our office in Encino, CA with telehealth options available depending on role and caseload.How to ApplySubmit your r&eacute;sum&eacute; and include:<ul><li>Your associate registration type (APCC, AMFT, or AMSW)</li><li>Current availability</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Encino, CA 91436
