Harcrow Psychotherapy is a growing mental health private practice providing psychotherapy services to individuals and couples. We are hiring Associate Therapists (APCC, AMFT, or AMSW) seeking a W-2 employee position with BBS compliant supervision while working toward licensure.

This role is well suited for associate clinicians seeking consistent referrals, administrative support, and a stable private practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services under licensed supervision
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete progress notes
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation using an electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision meeting California BBS requirements
• Deliver ethical, culturally responsive mental health care in accordance with state and professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Active California registration as APCC, AMFT, or AMSW
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
• Interest in outpatient mental health, private practice, and clinical skill development
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing therapy in-person and/or via telehealth

Compensation & Employment Details

• $35–$40 per clinical hour, based on experience and caseload
• W-2 employee position
• Supervision provided at no cost
• Supervision hours count toward licensure and are fully BBS-compliant
