Job SummaryWe are seeking a Pipe Stress Analysis Engineer with hands-on experience in stress analysis of piping systems for Oil &amp; Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power, and Process industries. The candidate will be responsible for performing flexibility and stress analysis to ensure piping systems are safe, code-compliant, and reliable under operating, thermal, and environmental loads.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform pipe stress analysis for static and dynamic piping systems.</li><li>Develop stress models for piping networks including lines, loops, supports, and restraints.</li><li>Evaluate sustained, thermal, operating, expansion, and occasional load cases.</li><li>Perform wind, seismic, slug flow, PSV, and water hammer analysis.</li><li>Design and optimize pipe supports, spring hangers, snubbers, and restraints.</li><li>Check nozzle loads on equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and vessels.</li><li>Prepare and review stress calculation reports, stress isometrics, and support load data.</li><li>Coordinate with piping, civil, structural, and equipment teams for design optimization.</li><li>Review vendor piping layouts and resolve stress-related issues.</li><li>Support construction, site modifications, and troubleshooting activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with client specifications and international codes.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / TemporaryPay: ₹17,126.64 - ₹69,969.70 per monthWork Location: In person
