Pipe Stress Analysis Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pipe Stress Analysis Engineer with hands-on experience in stress analysis of piping systems for Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power, and Process industries. The candidate will be responsible for performing flexibility and stress analysis to ensure piping systems are safe, code-compliant, and reliable under operating, thermal, and environmental loads.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pipe stress analysis for static and dynamic piping systems.
• Develop stress models for piping networks including lines, loops, supports, and restraints.
• Evaluate sustained, thermal, operating, expansion, and occasional load cases.
• Perform wind, seismic, slug flow, PSV, and water hammer analysis.
• Design and optimize pipe supports, spring hangers, snubbers, and restraints.
• Check nozzle loads on equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and vessels.
• Prepare and review stress calculation reports, stress isometrics, and support load data.
• Coordinate with piping, civil, structural, and equipment teams for design optimization.
• Review vendor piping layouts and resolve stress-related issues.
• Support construction, site modifications, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and international codes.

Pay: ₹17,126.64 - ₹69,969.70 per month
