Minimum 10 year as a Site Execution in Construction. Strong knowledge of Site Execution by handling of Site Team, Contractors, Studying Drawings, BOM, and Prepration of BBS, Quantity Calculation from Drawings, Preparing JMR, updating of DPR with Costing etc. Proficiency in Auto Level handling and Level Transferring along with MS Office.Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Execute and supervise daily site activities such as excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishing, etc.</li><li>Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.</li><li>Monitor the progress of work and ensure timely completion of tasks.</li></ul>2. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, architects, and consultants.</li><li>Attend site meetings and update the project manager about daily progress and site requirements.</li><li>Ensure proper material planning and timely availability at site.</li></ul>3. Quality Assurance &amp; Control<ul><li>Inspect materials, workmanship and check alignment, levels, and measurements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and rectify deviations immediately.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of work inspections.</li></ul>4. Safety Compliance<ul><li>Ensure implementation of safety protocols at site.</li><li>Monitor workers&rsquo; safety and report hazards or incidents instantly.</li><li>Enforce PPE usage and safe working practices.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption records, and measurement sheets.</li><li>Maintain site logs, RFI records, and documentation required for billing.</li><li>Assist in preparing RA bills and verifying contractor bills.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.</li><li>7-10 years of site execution experience in building/infrastructure projects.</li><li>Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical drawings.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Site Execution Engineer

The Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and construction surveys to determine accurate measurements, levels, and coordinates required for project planning and execution. The role ensures precision in layout marking, boundary setting, and checking alignment as per drawings and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:1. Survey &amp; Measurement Work<ul><li>Conduct land surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.</li><li>Prepare accurate layout markings for foundations, columns, beams, and other structural elements.</li><li>Verify levels, alignments, and measurements during all stages of construction.</li></ul>2. Data Recording &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Record survey data, measurements, and site coordinates properly.</li><li>Prepare survey reports, measurement logs, and site sketches.</li><li>Submit daily/weekly reports to engineers and project managers.</li></ul>3. Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Supervisors for layout and rechecking.</li><li>Assist in resolving measurement-related issues or discrepancies at the site.</li><li>Ensure smooth communication between field work and office documentation.</li></ul>4. Equipment Handling &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain surveying instruments in good condition and ensure daily calibration.</li><li>Keep a record of instrument usage and report defects immediately.</li></ul>5.
