Job Title: Residential Construction Manager (RCM)Job Summary:
The Residential Construction Manager (RCM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage residential construction projects (villas, apartments, housing societies).
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, building codes, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays efficiently.
- Review BOQs, billing, and cost control reports.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
- Maintain project documentation and reports for management review.

Pay: ₹12,603.98 - ₹100,000.00 per month
