 to hire a Financial Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting both finance leadership and operational stakeholders in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial analysis across business units
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze financial results vs. plan and provide clear, actionable insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with business leaders to understand performance drivers and trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reporting packages, variance analysis, and management commentary
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to development of financial models and reporting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with revenue, pricing, and expense analysis as needed
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience, ideally including: Public accounting (audit or transaction services)
 
 AND
 
 FP&amp;A or corporate finance experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills and overall technical aptitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Polished communication skills with ability to interact across teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 CPA or MBA is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
