Financial Analyst (FP&A)

This role offers broad exposure to executive leadership, operations, investors, lenders, and strategic decision-making. You'll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and business analysis while helping drive the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting packages and financial performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner with operations leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive business improvements
  • Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Support lender, investor, and compliance reporting requirements
  • Prepare debt covenant calculations and related financial analyses
  • Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
  • Improve reporting processes, dashboards, and financial tools through advanced Excel modeling
  • Assist with board presentations, investor materials, and special projects as needed


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2-5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences
  • Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
