What You'll Do

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes

Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting packages and financial performance metrics

Develop and maintain KPI reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership

Partner with operations leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive business improvements

Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives

Support lender, investor, and compliance reporting requirements

Prepare debt covenant calculations and related financial analyses

Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts

Improve reporting processes, dashboards, and financial tools through advanced Excel modeling

Assist with board presentations, investor materials, and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

2-5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience

Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences

Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
