Financial Analyst

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a large and growing energy infrastructure organization, is seeking an ambitious Financial Analyst / Accounting Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting revenue forecasting, financial planning, business analytics, and strategic decision-making.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an up-and-coming finance professional who enjoys working with large datasets, solving complex business problems, and partnering directly with executive leadership. The team is known for promoting from within, offering strong mentorship, and providing significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain and enhance long-range revenue planning models

• Support monthly revenue forecasting and business planning activities

• Analyze contracts, revenue streams, market trends, and key business drivers

• Develop financial analyses and reporting used by executive leadership

• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Tax, and Corporate Development teams

• Create dashboards, reporting tools, and business insights from large datasets

• Assist with process improvements, automation projects, and reporting enhancements

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects impacting strategic business decisions

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Energy Finance, or related analytical roles
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present information to leadership
  • Self-starter who can work independently and thrive in an environment with ambiguity

Preferred Experience:

• Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools

• Energy, natural gas, infrastructure, utilities, or commodity-related industries

• Revenue forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, or planning experience

• CPA, MBA, or advanced business education
