Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of surgical techniques and patient care, with a focus on reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including but not limited to aesthetic enhancements, trauma reconstruction, and congenital defect corrections.</li><li>Utilize advanced medical imaging and EHR systems to assess patient needs and document surgical procedures accurately.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in perioperative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history evaluations.</li><li>Provide education to patients regarding surgical options, risks, and post-operative care.</li><li>Manage post-operative follow-ups to monitor recovery progress and address any complications.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices through continuous education and clinical research.</li><li>Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality in all patient interactions.</li></ul>Experience Candidates must possess the following qualifications:<ul><li>Board certification in Plastic Surgery or equivalent training.</li><li>Proven experience in surgical procedures related to plastic surgery, including suturing techniques and wound care management.</li><li>Familiarity with various medical specialties such as dermatology, oncology, cardiology, and pediatrics is advantageous.</li><li>Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation of patient records and treatment plans.</li><li>Experience working in a hospital setting or outpatient clinic is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and critical care practices.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating excellent patient service skills.
