Experience in Special Education (SPED/504) and strong organizational skills are requiredSome of the Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and review personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities or special needs.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for students&rsquo; educational accommodations and services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and district policies.</li><li>Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting interventions and supports to meet evolving needs effectively.</li><li>Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including educators, families, and external service providers, to promote student success.</li><li>Assist in coordinating related services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, or counseling as outlined in each student&rsquo;s IEP.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, meetings, and compliance activities in accordance with district standards.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices for supporting students with special needs and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.</li></ul>Pay: From $68,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
