Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. As a Courier Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the packages entrusted to you.Duties<ul><li>Operate various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to deliver packages to designated locations.</li><li>Navigate assigned routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.</li><li>Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit.</li><li>Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.</li><li>Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the route.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns during deliveries.</li><li>Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including sorting packages and preparing them for delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in commercial driving is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.</li><li>Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required.</li></ul>Join our team as a Courier Driver, where your contributions will be valued, and your efforts will directly impact our commitment to customer satisfaction!Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Work Days:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location: In person
