<div><b>Position Summary:</b><br>
The Restaurant Hostess is the first and last point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and organized dining experience. This role manages reservations, seating flow, and guest communication while supporting front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service standards.<br>

<b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression</li>
<li>Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments using the POS or reservation system</li>
<li>Escort guests to tables and present menus in a timely manner</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate seating chart to ensure balanced service among servers</li>
<li>Monitor dining room activity and communicate wait times effectively</li>
<li>Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area</li>
<li>Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow</li>
<li>Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary</li>
<li>Thank guests as they depart and invite them to return</li>
