We are seeking for a PART-TIME WEEKDAY'S LUNCH, possibly Monday nights as well. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering elevated guest experiences in a refined, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide exceptional fine dining service with professionalism and attention to detail</li><li>Guide guests through menu selections, drinks/wine pairings, and specials</li><li>Maintain knowledge of food, wine, and service standards</li><li>Ensure tables are set, clean, and presentable according to fine dining standards</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen and service team to deliver seamless guest experiences</li><li>Handle guest requests and concerns with grace and efficiency</li><li>Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or GED Required</li><li>Previous restaurant experience Required</li><li>Previous fine dining or upscale casual serving experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Polished appearance and professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure</li><li>Knowledge of Japanese/Asian cuisine, sushi terminology, wine, and cocktails, is a plus</li><li>Reliable availability for weekday lunch shifts</li><li>Proficient in cash handling/register operations</li><li>Knowledge of food handling and safety practices</li><li>Experience with POS systems, such as Toast, Aloha or Micros, is a plus</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bartending experience or skill is a plus</li></ul>*Please do NOT call the restaurant for your application follow-up or questions regarding this job post.
