Restaurant Server

We are seeking for a PART-TIME WEEKDAY'S LUNCH, possibly Monday nights as well. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering elevated guest experiences in a refined, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional fine dining service with professionalism and attention to detail
• Guide guests through menu selections, drinks/wine pairings, and specials
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
• Ensure tables are set, clean, and presentable according to fine dining standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and service team to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest requests and concerns with grace and efficiency
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED Required
• Previous restaurant experience Required
• Previous fine dining or upscale casual serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of Japanese/Asian cuisine, sushi terminology, wine, and cocktails, is a plus
• Reliable availability for weekday lunch shifts
• Proficient in cash handling/register operations
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
• Experience with POS systems, such as Toast, Aloha or Micros, is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bartending experience or skill is a plus
