Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.</li><li>Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors.</li><li>Carry out HR &amp; Administrative duties such as documentation, filing,settlements, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.</li><li>Maintain and exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.</li><li>Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.</li><li>Provides information by answering questions and requests.</li><li>Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.</li><li>Maintain Monthly, weekly reports related to the office.</li><li>Housekeeping Staff maintenance</li><li>Pantry area supervision and maintenance -Fridge, Utensils, Glasses, Cups</li><li>etc.</li><li>In time payment of bills related to offices, i.e., Bescom, BWSSB, Internet,</li><li>Telephone, subscriptions, etc.</li><li>Maintenance and supervision of day-to-day inventory, meetings,attendance for housekeeping, and all staff.</li><li>Maintenance of visitor entry register</li><li>Maintenance of day-to-day accounts (Petty cash)</li><li>Courier Maintenance - Incoming &amp; Outgoing register</li><li>Co-ordinating with offices.</li></ul><ul><li>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:</li><li>Educational Qualification &ndash; Bachelor's / master's degree in any</li><li>relevant field (e.g, HR &amp; Administration)</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Administration field.</li><li>Experience in stakeholder engagement, field coordination, and team</li><li>management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Kannada and English.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Job type - Full time</li><li>Job Location - Bangalore.</li><li>Enumeration: Based on experience and expertise.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
