Overview Our well-established construction company, proudly building custom homes in the Monterey area for over 25 years, is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. We value teamwork, reliability, and strong communication, and we're looking for someone who will contribute positively to our long-standing reputation for quality and integrity.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process accounts payable invoices and payments</li><li>Maintain vendor records and manage billing inquiries</li><li>Assist with job costing and project-related accounting tasks</li><li>Reconcile statements and support the accounting team as needed</li><li>Collaborate with coworkers, subcontractors, and vendors in a professional manner</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in Accounts Payable (construction experience a plus)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Proficiency with Apple computers</li><li>Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel Word, and Adobe PDF tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Pay up to $65,000/year (DOE)</li><li>Full-time or part-time positions available</li><li>Full-time employees enjoy:</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Retirement benefits</li></ul>How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief introduction to be considered for the position.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to $65,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
