IT Support SpecialistCompany: Hatay Ekip Bilgisayar LLC Location: Doha, QatarOverviewHatay Ekip Bilgisayar LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization and client environments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common business applications</li><li>Support and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and basic server environments</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory)</li><li>Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Perform system updates, patch management, and antivirus monitoring</li><li>Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures</li><li>Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments</li><li>Provide on-site and remote support to users as required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)</li><li>Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration is an advantage</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Customer service-oriented mindset</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with Active Directory and user management</li><li>Knowledge of IT ticketing systems</li><li>Basic server administration (Windows Server)</li><li>Arabic language skills are a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment</li><li>Exposure to diverse IT systems and technologies</li></ul>Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
