Overview

Hatay Ekip Bilgisayar LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization and client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common business applications
• Support and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and basic server environments
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
• Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner
• Perform system updates, patch management, and antivirus monitoring
• Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures
• Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
• Provide on-site and remote support to users as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Active Directory and user management
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems
• Basic server administration (Windows Server)
• Arabic language skills are a plus
