We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation, correspondence, and filing systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Qatar or GCC legal environment
- Arabic and English language proficiency (Arabic is an advantage)
- Familiarity with contract drafting and legal administrative procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lawyers/legal team with drafting and formatting legal documents
- Manage correspondence, filing, and document control
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal records and cases
