Legal Secretary - Preferred Arab

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation, correspondence, and filing systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Qatar or GCC legal environment
  • Arabic and English language proficiency (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with contract drafting and legal administrative procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lawyers/legal team with drafting and formatting legal documents
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and document control
  • Schedule meetings, hearings, and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality of all legal records and cases
