We're looking for a talented individual to join our growing team!About the Role:We are seeking a Structural Revit Designer with 5+ years of expertise in structural projects, particularly within the industrial sector. This is a remote, full-time opportunity, offering the flexibility of working from home while contributing to high-impact industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the project lifecycle, be well-versed in AISC and NISD detailing standards, and demonstrate proven leadership in supervising BIM teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Revit structural models and drawings based on project specifications and engineer directions.</li><li>Develop accurate 3D BIM models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.</li><li>Lead the preliminary setup and layout of structural systems for complex industrial structures.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with structural engineers, other discipline engineers, and other designers to ensure design accuracy and coordination.</li><li>Maintain and manage Revit project files, ensuring they are properly organized and current.</li><li>Apply and adhere to drafting standards, templates, and workflows for structural documentation.</li><li>Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.</li><li>Assist in resolving design and documentation issues throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Perform comprehensive clash detection and manage issue resolution with the engineering team.</li><li>Review and validate all modeling and drafting outputs before internal engineering review.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years experience in Autodesk Revit is REQUIRED (specifically in structural drafting and detailing).</li><li>Strong understanding of structural systems (concrete, steel, foundations, framing, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Tekla Structures.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of AISC and NISD detailing manuals.</li><li>Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.</li><li>Proven experience in modeling and detailing structural elements for industrial structures.</li><li>Ability to manage project timelines, ensure quality, and proactively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, efficient teamwork skills, and competent verbal and written communication.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li></ul>Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and have a good driving record.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: 8-hour shift &ndash; Monday to FridayWork Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to travel up to 10% of the time?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
