About the Role:

We are seeking a Structural Revit Designer with 5+ years of expertise in structural projects, particularly within the industrial sector. This is a remote, full-time opportunity, offering the flexibility of working from home while contributing to high-impact industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the project lifecycle, be well-versed in AISC and NISD detailing standards, and demonstrate proven leadership in supervising BIM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Revit structural models and drawings based on project specifications and engineer directions.
• Develop accurate 3D BIM models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Lead the preliminary setup and layout of structural systems for complex industrial structures.
• Collaborate and coordinate with structural engineers, other discipline engineers, and other designers to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
• Maintain and manage Revit project files, ensuring they are properly organized and current.
• Apply and adhere to drafting standards, templates, and workflows for structural documentation.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Assist in resolving design and documentation issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform comprehensive clash detection and manage issue resolution with the engineering team.
• Review and validate all modeling and drafting outputs before internal engineering review.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Autodesk Revit is REQUIRED (specifically in structural drafting and detailing).
• Strong understanding of structural systems (concrete, steel, foundations, framing, etc.).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Tekla Structures.
• In-depth knowledge of AISC and NISD detailing manuals.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Proven experience in modeling and detailing structural elements for industrial structures.
• Ability to manage project timelines, ensure quality, and proactively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, efficient teamwork skills, and competent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and have a good driving record.
