We are seeking a proactive and organized Fleet Administrator with strong attention to detail to join our dynamic team. Title commensurate with experience.Job Summary: This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office as well as administrative support to management of the company&rsquo;s fleet of vehicles. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including daily office operations, data entry, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing fleet records, and coordinating with various departments to support our team and help streamline operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Office Coordination: Coordinate daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.</li><li>Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, visitors, and phone calls</li><li>Fleet Management: Assist Fleet Manager with the admin side of day-to-day operations of the company&rsquo;s fleet, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.</li><li>Compliance: Assist Fleet Manager to ensure all fleet vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, maintenance schedules, and repairs as well as organized records, files, and databases pertaining to the office.</li><li>Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Project Support: Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.</li><li>Support: Various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.</li><li>Event Coordination: Help plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.</li><li>Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in admin role.</li><li>Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days</li><li>Paid time off and holidays after 90 days</li><li>Retirement savings plan after 90 days</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Neosho, MO 64850 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Neosho, MO 64850 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
