 📋 Requirements:

 MBBS/MD with 1+ year of clinical experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends if required
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 📝 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and support physicians in daily operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Train, mentor, and evaluate physician performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with management to enhance service efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate assignments, rounding, and facility operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with informatics, administrative, and offshore teams
 </li>
 </ul>
