Nurse Manager

HLX Staffing is urgently looking for Physicians to lead our team of Nurses . This leadership role blends clinical oversight with team coordination to ensure the highest standards of virtual patient care.

📋 Requirements:

• MBBS/MD with 1+ year of clinical experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends if required

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support physicians in daily operations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate physician performance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with management to enhance service efficiency
• Coordinate assignments, rounding, and facility operations
• Liaise with informatics, administrative, and offshore teams
