What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Build &amp; Own the Employer Brand</li><li>
Develop and execute a dynamic employer branding strategy that positions us as a top employer across key talent markets.</li><li>
Define and bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling storytelling and visuals.</li><li>
Create &amp; Curate Amazing Content</li><li>
Produce original, on-brand content&mdash;videos, blogs, social media posts, employee spotlights, etc.&mdash;that highlight our culture and team.</li><li>
Collaborate with employees to uncover real, authentic stories that represent who we are and why people love working here.</li><li>
Be Social (Literally)</li><li>
Own and grow our presence on social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and Indeed.</li><li>
Engage with talent communities online and activate employee advocacy programs.</li><li>
Collaborate Fearlessly</li><li>
Partner with Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging across all channels.</li><li>
Support recruitment campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that excite and inspire.</li><li>
Analyze &amp; Optimize</li><li>
Use data and insights to measure campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI.</li><li>
Continuously test, learn, and improve brand initiatives for maximum impact.</li></ul>

Requirements:

 Qualifications<ul><li>
2&ndash;5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or digital/content marketing.</li><li>
Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills</li><li>
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and employer brand tools.</li><li>
Experience with analytics tools to track and report campaign performance.</li><li>
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li></ul></div>
