You’ll be the voice behind our employer brand—strategically crafting and promoting our culture, values, and EVP through powerful content and campaigns that resonate with candidates and employees alike.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Own the Employer Brand
  • Develop and execute a dynamic employer branding strategy that positions us as a top employer across key talent markets.
  • Define and bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling storytelling and visuals.
  • Create & Curate Amazing Content
  • Produce original, on-brand content—videos, blogs, social media posts, employee spotlights, etc.—that highlight our culture and team.
  • Collaborate with employees to uncover real, authentic stories that represent who we are and why people love working here.
  • Be Social (Literally)
  • Own and grow our presence on social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Engage with talent communities online and activate employee advocacy programs.
  • Collaborate Fearlessly
  • Partner with Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging across all channels.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that excite and inspire.
  • Analyze & Optimize
  • Use data and insights to measure campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI.
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve brand initiatives for maximum impact.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or digital/content marketing.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and employer brand tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools to track and report campaign performance.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
